Beatitude Tart Saison is a true sour or wild beer using a traditional mixed fermentation of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, and Lactobacillus.

AMERICAN STYLE ALES
AMERICAN BROWN ALE | 6.1% ABV
Well balanced malty brown ale with overtones of chocolate and toffee with a clean citrus aroma.
ROBUST PORTER | 6.6% ABV
A heary, yet drinkable medium bodied porter with deep brown color with a roasty, biscuity aroma. The flavor has strong chocolate and coffee overtones with a dry finish.
AMERICA'S FINEST | AMERICAN PALE ALE | 5.8% ABV
Our rendition of what we are calling a "San Diego Pale Ale", almost a "Session IPA" - A very crisp, dry, and hoppy rendition of an American Pale with heavy handed use of Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo delivers an easy drinking yet intense citrus and pine aroma and flavor with complimenting malt flavor.
CHIZZAM! | INDIA PALE ALE | 7.4% ABV
A west coast style IPA, exuding berry fruitiness and citrus, balanced bitterness, and incredibly dry and quaffable.
BULLY PULPIT | INDIA PALE ALE | 7.2% ABV
Our first batch of Quorum IPA was such a hit, we decided to give it its own name - Bully Pulpit - intensely hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe hops preaching to the the drinker what San Diego IPA's should be - very dry and bold hop character with light malt background - huge fresh mango, citrus, resin and pine hoppiness dominating the aroma and flavor.
QUORUM | INDIA PALE ALE | 7.2% ABV
Quorum IPA is our rotating series of IPA's that allows us to experiment with different hop varietals and recipe profiles. Quorum purposely changes batch to batch to present unique and flavorful IPA's. Click here for information on each batch.
GAVEL DROP | INDIA PALE ALE | 7.2% ABV
Our India Pale Ale uses New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops to add a fresh flavor profile to the India Pale Ale. Big Nelson hop aroma in the nose; white wine, earthy, and complex fruit bouquet and flavor with a supporting malt backbone.
ROYAL BLOOD | IMPERIAL RED ALE | 8.1% ABV
Copper with off-white head; flavor and aromas of rich toasted malt with hints of caramel, citrus and pine; firm bitterness and dry finish.
STALEMATE IIPA | 8.4% ABV |
Brewed with Chinook, Centennial, and Columbus, this Double IPA is firmly bitter and dry with intense citrus and pine notes.
ENGLISH STYLE ALES
PIRATE'S BREAKFAST | IMPERIAL OATMEAL STOUT | 8.1% ABV
Complex flavor profile with roasted malt character, chocolate, coffee, intense dark fruit and molasses. A large quantity of oatmeal is used to add smoothness and that delicious oatmeal cookie character. Most folks enjoy this beer either by itself or with dessert.
CLODHOPPER | E.S.B. ENGLISH SPECIAL BITTER | 5.5% ABV
Traditional English pale ale with nutty malt aroma; earthy, slightly resiny and floral hop aroma with strong nutty, caramel malt flavor and supporting bitterness and crisp finish.
BELGIAN STYLE ALES
FARMERS GOLD | BELGIAN STYLE SAISON | 5.8% ABV
Brewed with European ingredients and fermented with our own house Saison yeast blend. This is fermented true to style with a "hot" fermentation in the 80F-100F degree range to derive significant fruity esters and spicy phenols. This Saison has intense peppery phenols, fruit notes such as citrus and pear, strong spicy Noble hop character, with a supporting grainy Pilsner malt backbone.
DUBBEL CONSPIRACY | BELGIAN STYLE DUBBEL | 8.0% ABV
Golden color with tints of orange, large mousy head, with aromas and flavors of confectionery sugar, clove, bubblegum, fuzzy fruit, with a soft creamy texture and semi sweet finish. Copper color with rocky tan head, brewed with caramelized raisins; has complex aroma and flavors of rich malty sweetness, caramel, dark fruits including plums and raisins, with a touch of clove. High carbonation and dry finish.
BELGIAN STYLE TRIPEL | 9.0% ABV
Golden color with mousy head; medium-full bodied; aroma and flavor of clove, spice, light colored stone fruit, with a creamy texture and semi-dry finish.
BELGIAN STYLE QUAD | 10.1% ABV
Complex and rich maltiness, intense caramel and toasted bread, and bold dark fruit flavors and dominate this beer. Dark copper with a large mousy tan head. This beer was aged in bourbon barrels to provide a rich bourbon flavor and added oak complexity.
german STYLE ALES
HEFEWEIZEN | 4.9% ABV |
A refreshing traditional German wheat ale that pours with cloudy gold from the over 50% malted wheat grist and a thick mousy head. Fruity banana esters and orange citrus dominate the aroma and flavor with a slight hint of clove and a bready malt character.
WEIZENBOCK | 8.0% ABV |
This rich, dark amber beer combines the bready wheat characteristics of a weizen and the full bodied dark fruit flavors of a bock. Aromas and flavors of plum, raisin, banana, caramel, toasted bread with a nice balance of spices and clove and dry finish.
